How #icked up is this reality described below? This should be against the law!! How do shareholders feel about this blatant conflict of interest while advertising and promoting his other side company, while serving as the ceo, of a public company, with the same business model as shown in tweets, filings and press releases ?
Same ceo, as Snpw and Sun Pacific Power, lists himself on Solray, Inc. https://srnrg.com/ website (secretly set up by Snpw ceo) also as its ceo.
Then the same Snpw ceo approves the following content to be published/included on the Solray website being a definitive competitive competing entity as advertised
Basically, Snpw ceo is asking customers to switch from his public company's subsidiary (i.e. Sun Pacific Power) to Solray (newly formed private company). No other way to interpret the straight forward language
Basically, Snpw ceo is advertising & promoting (as Solray ceo), publicly, his new company, Solray, as "setting new industry benchmarks" and promoting "Choose Solray for reliable, and eco-conscious solar panels that redefine industry standards". No other way to interpret the straight forward language

To make things worse, the moron uses the same solar panel equipment photo, on the side company's Solray website, as when referring to SC-Solar in an Snpw tweet, on its corporate twitter page, when promoting some ridiculous site visit.
