It's No Coincidence that Snpw has generated $0 revenue across all Foxess products in its first 28 months as a "Distributor of the Americas" (see December 2021 tweet) .
It is a coincidence that Foxess has set up its own sales team in the U.S. and shipping products, to themselves and others besides Snpw, to be sold and distributed by the same sales team. HELLOOOOO
It is a coincidence that Foxess has removed SPP from its U.S. website content.

It is a coincidence that April 2022 press release and 8-K (PT.IDN solar tech U.S. solar plant partnership) has been vaporized in exchange for some GEP Vietnam bullsh@t about "expanding its relationship" with SPP with No 8-K or press release (just a tweet). LMAO!

Just tell your scamming team to fulfill its fiduciary obligations and file with the SEC. If it has time to start PROMOS, about some straw (non-subsidiary) company aka SPP Australia Ltd and secretly setting up another entity aka Solray, Inc. including publishing its website (SRNRG.com), it should be taking the time to follow securities laws by filing in annual and quarterly financials and disclosures.
Just wait for the first shred of evidence, showing any relationship between Solray and GEP Vietnam or Foxess, and anything to do with Australia solar product imports. It will probably be too late when (IF) you find out.
All of your dried-up previous tea leaves point to no more Snpw. Snpw has been a complete bust in every corner of its business. It stinks and has a horrible reputation with bad credit and failed promotions.
What other reason to start up a new entity (SOME SAME AS SPP PLAYERS) with the same business model, as SPP, being promoted on its newly published website (SRNRG.com)?
