Did you see news for SBLK? On Friday, May 25 there were three separate Forms 144, Notice to Sell (stock shares sold before x-dividend). Interesting: are these sellers expecting share price to retreat by more than expected 75 cent dividend before it goes x-dividend June 6th? Everyone has their own reasons to buy and sell I guess. I'll buy a few more on the dip if this goes into 25's. We shall see. Stay aware of any news that might effect this stock especially if it relates to 2nd quarter.
