So now Rodboy is trying to spin up a false narrative that QMCH no longer exists because they forfeited the right to do business in TX. One little problem however, QMCH is a Nevada corporation, and it's still active. Why does this matter - because it appears QMCH is raising money directly which, if there is actually value being created there, has the potential to dilute the QMC longs out of the picture. If you think this is farfetched, ask yourself why QMCH has preferred shares authorized.

It's amazing the way the folks wo claim to know the most about this stock not only know very little about it, they have not interest in checking their facts before posting. Or maybe they don't care and are happy to post lies. That's probably it.
