Logical inferences stemming from the 2024 QMCH fundraising teaser -
1) K&L Lawsuit settlement provided little or no capital
2) Pasaca deal is dead
3) QMC longs are getting diluted on QMCH value by Squires raising money into QMCH rather than QMC.
4) An S-1 filing more likely to be for QMCH and not QMC
