I've been in this stock for over 8 years, and there was a time when I, too, was concerned about a BP buying LL and putting it on the shelf, but not anymore. Given the huge potential and numerous indications that may be treatable with LL, why would any BP buy it so they could put it on the shelf knowing the potential for tens-to-hundreds of billions in annual revenue that LL could generate once approved. A BP is only going to buy LL if they know it works, so shelving it would be counterproductive to generating an incredible amount of revenue for their shareholders and give their competitors time to develop other drugs that could compete against it. It would be like starving the golden goose.
