“I at least perceive that there are many more folks comment on Investors Hangout in favor of a buyout than continued ownership of CYDY.“
Personally, I prefer a partnership or going it alone, and I believe that would be the preference of many long time investors. However in the past, there have been so many missteps and missed opportunities that there is question of whether the company can pull it off. Of course with the current leadership, there is some hope that it can still be done.
A lot depends on your perspective. If you’re a more recent investor and bought mostly under $0.20, then if any offer of $1.00 came in, the thought of 5x your investment might be hard to resist. However, if you are like most of us that have been here a while and have purchases in $5.00 to $7.00 range, then $1.00 is laughable. It would be even more disgusting if the offer was made by a company that successfully suppressed the stock price.
This all speculation. We have to wait and see what Dr JL can deliver and start the real conversation at that time.
