There is No moralistic high ground to be gained... in the Pharmaceutical Industry...The Win goes to the one that has the vision and the pockets to go along with that vision.

You can't blame Bayer for the Monsanto acquistion...anymore than you can blame NSF for their acquistion of Amarex...Humans in the C-suite made the decisions...Good...Bad...and mostly ugly.

That's something they.. as owners have to deal with in the present.
