I understand the concern over the ethics of paramedical companies. I've had similar experience in the industry I work in.

That said, and I'm not an attorney and didn't even date some lovely lady studying pre law, that I can remember, couldn't a "No Shelf" section be written into the agreement by pretty sharp attorneys like Sidley? Jake? Other attorneys?
