Dalton Filed his last Form 4 in 2004 while UNVC was an SEC reporting company.

The 2004 filing was for an acquisition of shares. He dis NOT file for his 2 most recent acquisitions, including the billion share acquisition.
No one said Dalton is getting rich. The guy isn't rich. Just a retiree supplementing his retirement.
No one knows but Dalton how many shares he actually owns. The only reporting is in the annuals and quarterlies which he prepares himself and is unaudited
