But anyways...he filed form 4 before and wasn't SEC reporting but now suddenly he is selling and doesn't have to file? I guess you can put together whatever you want as long as it suits your agenda.
Question is, if he is truly selling the stock, its not going up at all, so how is he making millions or profiting when the stock isn't going up but its going down? Doesn't make sense.
