NO 8-K updating PT.IDN Solar Tech/SPP/EPC agreement to build a U.S. solar power plant?
Anyone touch base with Michael Ho lately to see how PT.IDN Solar Tech is doing without mentioning the supposed SPP/EPC - PT.IDN Solar Tech agreement? But, maybe mention you saw that April 2022 press release about IDN solar tech teaming up with SPP to build a MADE IN THE USA solar power plant?

Too bad these panels being shipped to the U.S. are NOT Sun Pacific Power labeled solar panel brand supposedly being produced by IDN solar tech as early as January 2022 (see that famous January 2022 tweet showing SPP label for those supposed SPP brand panel).
