puppet drugman and his puppeteer have their own rules.
They both think the SEC should have to wait until "after they're (Snpw) is ready" to disclose information to shareholders (famous basher-calling tweet) via an 8-K.
The friggin company can't even take 2 1/2 minutes to file at the least a required NT 10-Q before it knew it was blowing another filing, in the same 30 day window, being the 2024 Q1 10-Q.
Truly a circus full of CLOWNS! An absolute disgrace to shareholders IMO.
