U left out setting up side company and getting caught thanks to due diligence to protect shareholders, not the ceo.
The ceo is only protecting himself. Get real! If he was protecting shareholders he would not have cut their legs off with a 4000:1 R/S and not be setting up competitive Side companies and taking possession of subsidiaries.
Stop bullsh#tting to try defend the company’s lack of transparency using the due diligence challenges as an excuse.
You may not know some stuff you ought to know before you try and defend NO filings with bullsh#t lame excuses.
