Seems to me the CEO is just doing his fiduciary duty
His company and its business partners are under attack from harassment, abuse and individuals threatening fake SEC prosecution in an effort to interfere in the company's business.
It seem to me ,it is in the best interest of its shareholders to restrict the information who the company is working with so that business between SNPW and its business associates can be conducted interference free.
