Maybe no need for that and reason why NO 10-k filed?
They don't need anyone to hold their hand. They're much brighter than you and I when it comes to scrubbing down public companies with ZERO revenue and 388K of SG&A over a 90 day period and losing subsidiaries to the ceo and the ceo signing agreements, with Snpw subsidiary (SPP), representing both, his side compnay (CaC realty) and his public company, as ceo, with NO 8-K filed, within the timeframe required by the SEC, versus almost 4 months later in a 2023 10-Q (oh by the way).
The SEC probably knew about Solray, Inc., and the team members published in the public domain, before anyone else heard of them.
