Cite the CCOI ye unhinged fraudster......the reason ye cant is because there is NONE!
If there is one then by all means CONTACT THE SEC!
Btw....Solray is a private company NOT Public and its commonplace for Private companies to have a share structure genius.
This means IF the SNPW Holdco were to ever acquire Solray as a subsidiary all it has to do is ""purchase"" those said 100 shares or hold the majority of them.
