Wouldn't expect any Q1 -10-Q either
Maybe be prepared, to be put in the dark, with another 3 months of business, since September 30, 2023 Q3 10-Q filing. Would not expect any 2024 Q1 10-Q filing by next Wednesday, May 15th due date. That would mean a possible 6 months of prior business financials and disclosures being hidden by the ceo.
Helluva ceo huh? It's a better guess, at this point, the NO 10-K annual filing is the company's/his fault than being anyone else's fault.
Absolute display of disrespect during a blatant period of not fulfilling one's fiduciary obligations.
