Actually, that's not totally accurate
The lack of filing and communication with shareholders IS related to the 4th quarter of 2023 and the 2023 10-K annual filing. That's the same time period when all of side company (Solray) was being set up (website & business registration), at the same time ignoring the company's (Snpw) filing resulting in a NO FILING.
It makes any inquiries with supposed "SPP" partners and prospective properties, previously named, even more understandable, after seeing the Solray play being made behind shareholders' back.
