Company is a circus when it comes to NO filings
How they've gotten away with No 8-Ks over the years following material events just to name a few:
- folded/dissolving subsidiaries (SPP Security/Bella Electric);
- a subsidiary (Medrecycler) taken over by the ceo (from Snpw);
- the only 3 remaining revenue contracts (Fl,Nj,Ri) being terminated;
- ceo setting up competing side companies' with majority ownership and ceo positions;
- Alabama LOI and Property Purchase Agreement expirations;
Company seems to prefer using 10-Qs and 10-Ks, months later, to inform shareholders of material events, verus within 4 days after the company knows about
a material event occurring. In some cases, the material event was never announced, or reported, leaving it to the due diligence good samaritans needing to provide the facts.
