Nice excuse, rather I say foxhole mentality.
I am sitting here cracking up, does snpw really think they can decide when to put out an 8k - it’s based on a material event and within 4 days of the event
Gee, with the formation of a new company, in what appears to be a similar space, with the same ceo as snpw, yah, sure seems like a material event. Especially noting the filing now appears to be in the public domain.
