Firelife, you asked if the company has a poison pill. I found a subscription agreement attached (EX - 10.1) to an 8-K dated 8/29/19. This statement is in the agreement:
I assume it is possible that they adopted a poison pill after this (although anyone buying per this subscription agreement might be upset).
