Not sure if that OHM indications list is the most current, but I believe oral lichen planus (OLP) is a legitimate high probability target. OHM, DM me for literature reference to support if you need it. If you looked at it and think it misses the 90% threshold I would be interested in your take.
OLP is not the kind of indication like cancer that makes a dog drop it’s bone, but it can wax/wane and persist for long periods with marginally impactful pharmacotherapy laden with side effects (some are immunosuppressive) or symptomatic relief only ( eg: magic mouthwash). If you are one of these patients, much like PASC, it matters to you.
