Yes, structured means not a complete lump sum payment. However, the first payment may be no more sizeable than any other payment if the settlement is, for example, 48 equal monthly payments of $X. Not quite sure what you mean by milestones, but most structured payments I have seen are equal in size at specific time periods.
Also, remember that if Amarex has not been working for a few years now, and I have no idea if they have or have not, they may not have as much money as we hope they do. CYDY knows it cannot get blood from a stone, so as usual, we'll know when we know.
As for Drano saying that CYDY isn't in dire financial straights, that is not quite true either. We are financially treading water with no income until we learn of the Amarex situation, because without that money, CYDY doesn't have a financial path forward without a buyout or partner.
