"Stuctured" to me...means exactly that...Not a complete lump sum payment once adjudicated...a sizable chunk up front and then payments over a limited period of time...an annuity of sorts similar to upfront payment and then "Milestones"...although not tied to performance in any way.

This implies to me that the settlement/$$$$...being thrown around is Too large for an immediate one time chunk . I'm thinking well in excess of the $100 Million...that was originally floated.

Since our initial engagement with Amarex...the number was $80 Million in payments...for their ASSistance.
