The FDA is for the most part ...IMPREGNABLE...NP/KK/lawyers can try to use the emails...that are seemingly bias...to deflect Guilt...Butt,...going after them (FDA) will be fruitless in the long run.
slap on the hand...lost jobs...still fruitless.

However the SEC/DOJ will have their "pound of flesh."
The REASON behind KK's lack of effort on our behalf...is something I'd be interested in knowing. The WHY?
