Nope, not a flip but 100% what you said was likely --- he thought easy cooperation money. Not so much a big inside FDA aspect. Just his dumb azz
His resume / history, is so contradictory to our situation.
So on that & with your bribery route --- what could have been his vice picked up on??
Simply a large amount of kick-backs? Gambling / debt issues? Adultery? etc....etc...who knows
If a bribery is uncovered, we'd just report it & settle our BLA arbitration, & keep going frwd. : )
Or did NP/KK directly skim our Amarex payments, having nothing to do with a pharma ??
Hence the deflection --- they hate us, fishing expedition.
