If Dalton is waiting on the DE, that could very well be better than the Nasdaq. The "press" that would come with the "Flagship", "Black owned" company listing on a minority owned exchange would be fantastic. Dalton would be on CNBC, Fox Business and Crammer with in depth interviews. The PR would be huge for the stock, with no need to 'dump' on opening bell of trading.

Also, if he does launch on the DE, he can also list on the Nasdaq shortly thereafter. Thus fulfilling both of his "dreams".
