Just because we don't discriminate doesn't mean others don't. The way I understand the motivations of those involved is that black owned/led companies on the higher exchanges is severely misrepresented. 7 out of 4300 NASDAQ is .16% (point one six) If blacks make up around 12% of the US population then I agree that is pretty underrepresented. If the Dream Exchange can help those numbers and help minorities get better venture funding then I applaud their efforts.

I personally think the biggest focus should be pushing for quality education for ALL from the very beginning. Way too many poor of all colors are left behind from an early age and it is a shame. Being married to a teacher I hear some heartbreaking stories. That'll be where I donate if we ever get our millions.
