Thanks for the summary gestalt. I total agree with you that FDA never gave any chance for leron to be approved.
Thankfully that DOJ bring up the lawsuit and we as retail investors get the chance to know behind the scenes.
I personal think we as investors get a reason to sue FDA for these negative language email if lawsuits not from cytodyn or 2m+ COVID death patients.
No wonder that such a promised drug never get any chance from other pharmaceutical companies.
I almost never post though I own a large position of cydy, I enjoy to read a lot of wisdom posters, thank you all.
