Just add this incident to the FDA failure list , in this case ,regarding a bureaucrat who was stuck on process over results. They will never do a post mortem of the pandemic unfortunately. Too many people in high places failed and they will have people protect them from getting a massive omelette on their faces. And don’t expect this Murray guy to appear for any court case because there will be a blanket of protection thrown on him so he won’t have to get deposed. The ultimate was when Francis Collins, Director of NIH stated this last January they made mistakes with Covid policy and they didnt take into account the social repercussions of their decisions . Ya think !?. Increased suicides, closing k-12 schools, approving drugs for EUA like Remdisivir in mere weeks that did nothing , economic damage that we are still recovering from, and the shuttering of small businesses that didn’t make it. What a complete cluster and total failure. So we shouldn’t be surprised that a bureaucrat disallowed Leronlimab because of archaic procedures and perhaps a bent against Cytodyn. I would say he has to live with his decision but I doubt if he even thinks about how many died that might have survived .hes just spending his time looking forward to fat retirement checks when his retirement date comes due.
