It reads to me that Dr. L was in a pandemic mindset and Murry was still in a FDA protocol mindset. "I hate them" in recorded emails is just plain stupid and not at all appropriate from an FDA biz standpoint. That said, if ohm is correct and the conference call was shortly before these communications I'm willing to bet a Martini, or two, that Nader had cemented that hatred previous to the emails, likely with some serious help from his codefendant. Pissing off a bureaucrat and then asking them to bypass protocol is a big ask of a normal human let alone an A-hole human. Especially when our sampling was so small and unique. In addition, Murry likely had no idea how LL worked and its MOA. IMO (absolutely no experience with FDA), based on all circumstances, it was a very unlikely ask from CYDY. I found it a bit telling that Dr. J left Nader off his email to Murry. If we had a better relationship, if they better understood the MOA, under the circumstances of the pandemic, maybe a move forward, or at least another quick trial for more data. Just my two cents.
