I think the conference call between the FDA and Cytodyn on the trial protocol occurred in March just prior to that comment. The conference call where the FDA insisted on 2 doses. Dr. Lalezari was on that call, I'm not sure if Murray was.

ps. Jeff Murray left the FDA and is now an advisor to Exavir Therapeutics and is most likely involved with their HIV drug.
