A little over three weeks ago..Shkreli tried to sell his shares in Phoenixus AG to a company called Akkadian Partners SA...think (Wall Street) the movie...as they tried to sidestep the Chapter 11 and retain control of Phoenixus AG.
Mr. Abbott will likely be paid (receiver)...6 million dollar judgement...maybe some left for Dr.T Koestler...
...both Akkadian Partners SA (buyers remorse) and Martin Shkreli (loser) end up with dick.
Chapter 11 for Vyera still not closed out...like i said earlier,...snakes in a barrel.
