UNVC: I agree with you and dogsgetwings, the one way to get him in my opinion is the Delaware Corporation Law 220.
Get an attorney to send him a letter, once it is submitted the corporation has 5 business days to respond-failure to respond is tantamount to refusing the stockholders demand, which then allows the stockholder to file a lawsuit to compel inspection of the company records.
I'm meeting an attorney the first week of April to send the letter.
This charade has gone on long enough in my opinion, it's time to see just what Univec Inc is.
