I honestly don't think he's the least bit worried. He's old. Court proceedings take years. All he has to say is business dealings didn't work out. He'll be off the hook while many investors lost tens of thousands of dollars. If he cared the least bit he'd have shared concrete, share price moving news by now instead on continuing to lie and mislead us.
