Per your link 700,000 Americans have left the workforce due to Long Covid…a mass disabling event. The average tax contribution per citizen was $15,000 in 2022…that’s over $10 billion in lost revenue to the treasury to say nothing of lives up-ended or worse, lost to suicide. If they get their 1 billion in research money it would be a good return on investment for a cure. Better idea is get them in touch with Dr. Jay…for a very small fraction of that do a well powered phase 3 study involving Leronlimab and fast forward to the definitive solution to this madness.
