Many in the Long Covid activist group agree. And are banning together for several activities to commemorate Long Covid Awareness Day on March 15, including:
-a march in DC (March 15)
-flooding Congress with emails and calls (March 14)- demanding $1B+/yr in research funding for the next 10 years
-connecting journalists with folks to interview- 'invites journalists and members of the press to raise awareness and increase understanding of this debilitating condition. Journalists will have the opportunity to ask questions, engage with lived-experience patient advocates, and be matched with vetted candidates for interviews to gain firsthand insights into the challenges faced by those living with Long Covid.'

A number of these folks are aware of leronlimab. I used to hang around some of these patient groups online and mention leron. (Had to quit that with the hold.) Occasionally someone would be aware of it. There were also a couple of major leron advocates sprinkled in there.
