ohm: I can state with absolute assurance that you are totally correct.The lifting of the hold and the announcement of the CRP trial restore significant leverage to SA re settlement negotiations (assuming we are correct that SA will be holding the trump cards if the hearing takes place).
With each passing month that leverage will grow. CYDY and SA have now reached the phase where any settlement discount related to the cost of money should be modest, and SA will be focused on reaching its target number (or beyond). Granting a substantial discount now after CYDY finally got some good long term news would be idiotic, and although any decision to do so would rest with CYDY's BOD, I would imagine that the SA 1st chair on the case would do all in his/her power to prevent such a blunder at this stage.
