The numbers are easy, pure mathematical.
Roughly 975m pre split that are now less than 250k.
Authorized share count is not subject to a reverse and will remain at 1 billion shares.
Outstanding shares post split will be the 250k shares plus whatever they use/issue from the 999.7 new shares. You used a figure of 49.99% for partner potential. This comes to about 500m shares.
Snpw would still have roughly another 500m new shares to use should they issue the above.
