So, they don’t need a reverse split but did it anyway….
The company could raise money by selling preferred shares converted to common at a much later date rather then common which will no effect the current OS
Don’t believe there is any news from saving the pre split shareholders.
Snpw is broke, look at their balance sheet. And you don’t think the 999 million new shares, or a part thereof, will be used to generate cash - and soon.
