True, but
Tuesday the stock will open with under 250,000 shares outstanding.
The company could raise money by selling preferred shares converted to common at a much later date rather then common which will no effect the current OS
The company could raise money by selling restricted shares which means the OS will remain the same for a long period of time.
The opportunity remains for the current investor to still make a profit if the right news comes before dilution.
It will not be difficult for the company to maintain a $5.00 a share price (0.0013 pre split)
if the property is secured.
With such a small OS an announcement of 25 million or more investment (50 million will not longer be needed if it is a lease not a purchase) could drive the stock price over a hundred,
The race between news and dilution should be very interesting.
Quote:
Pre split holders of the outstanding shares account for roughly 975 million out of the 1 billion authorized shares. Post 4k reverse split holders own roughly 244 thousand out of the 1 billion authorized shares. Further, the company will yield 999.7 million new shares to utilize as they deem beneficial.
