Let your education begin. Only disputes between Amarex and Cytodyn are settled by arbitration. NSF took control of Amarex and they are not a party to that Cytodyn/Amarex agreement or that arbitration clause. Any actions that NSF took that harmed Cytodyn after acquisition are not subject to arbitration but liable to a civil lawsuit. The disputed actions would be from NSF not Amarex.

You may know some parts of the law but quite a bit seems to be outside your wheelhouse.
