I am confused, Ohm, as I respect your intelligence in areas where I have little to none. That being said, there will be NO civil law suit. The agreement is between CYDY and Amarex (which you don't have a copy of, I do), and disputes are settled ONLY by arbitration, so NSF has nothing to do with this, and CYDY has not, to the best of our knowledge, included NSF in the arbitration as a party.
