And yet some are disappointed there wasn't news with the reverse filing. Announcing news with the filing would not only be a total waste, it would likely get a negative response from current shareholders - who for every 1m shares owned pre split would own 250 shares post split. 10 million shares owned would yield 2,500 post split. Now what kind of news could softern that blow. SMH.
