With a 4k reverse the outstanding shares will be reduced to 244k shares. Authorized will remain at 1 billion. Not sure it matters what is said next week, short of a revised split, as the shares currently owned will be so significantly reduced post split.
10 million shares pre split will be reduced to 2,500 shares post split.
