Casa, 100 units coming off line?  Is this the production Pilot build?  I work at a high tech company, and I do new product development specializing in design for MFG & test, and I know all the snags that a new product can run into.  6 months delay is not uncommon.  Shoot, we have some new products that that take 6-months to a year to get into mass production.  There are always unexpected issues, etc....
