How do you know he owns any rights??? From what I see, Joe M is/was a distributor (http://www.flyingeaglehydrogensystems.com/index.html see bottom of page). Then after the Garden City Farm Show there was a cease and desist filed against him. Hmm, he also owns this site, http://www.highyieldperformance.com/index.html. Check out the brochure. From the info available to me it looks like this guy tried to copy the technology and go on his own. Please provide proof if this is not the case.
