But would you agree that the sooner they decide to settle, the less they might expect to settle for? And that the later they get around to settling, the more they will have to settle for?
Also, if the final hearing date is slated for 8/19, then, at which point do you think CytoDyn would no longer consider any number say less than $125MM and say, we have waited this long, let's just wait out the remaining time and see them in court?
For instance, If Amarex gets all ancy and says to themselves in early July, we better make them an offer. Do you think CytoDyn will just say, forget it, lets just see them in court in 6 weeks and we may possibly double that offer?
