Re: HouseofCards #141001
I don't think there's any real way of knowing what it could portend that Amarex is scrubbed from NSF's site. Is Amarex no longer a viable company? Are they just laying low? We just don't know.
And remember, it is always POSSIBLE that any settlement contains a clause that says Amarex doesn't admit to any wrongdoing. These kinds of things are very common in settlements, as we all know.
It can be in both sides' interest to settle sooner than waiting for the arbitrator's decision as the money would mean the world to CYDY and as much as we dislike Amarex, I believe that CYDY wants a fair settlement or decision more than they want to just destroy Amarex. Arbitrator's don't always give you what you want, no matter how "open and shut" we want to believe this is.
